About

Daniel is a first-generation Iranian American writer on American Jewry, Israel, and peace;

An antisemitism educator;

A civil rights attorney; and

A California Democratic Party Delegate.

 

He received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review.

ADVOCACY

Inspired by his late grandfather, Dr. Moossa Bral, the sole Jewish member of parliament in pre-revolution Iran at the time, Daniel is a devoted Jewish community leader and peace builder, serving in various capacities for organizations including Project Shema, Israel Policy Forum, J Street, and Jewish Democratic Council of America
